Document Capture


This module allows you to scan, index and store just about any type of document.
          For batch scanning, you can specify up to ten indexes to be used for retrieval.  We also give you a choice of four different indexing styles:  drop down list, field entry, barcodes and date.
          Capturing your system generated reports can be automated, too.  The software converts your reports to digitized format so you can store them on any type of electronic or optical media.
          You can capture Accounts Payable and Human Resource documents individually or in batches.  The images are integrated to your host system for storage and retrieval.
